Welcome to Piper’s Getaway a special place dedicated to celebrating family, connections, and the beauty of Brigus! We are Ashley, Colin, and our adorable daughter Piper. Our story is one of love, adventure, and a deep appreciation for our roots.

Ashley, born and raised in Newfoundland did what many have done, in search of new opportunities, she embarked on a journey and moved to Ontario. Little did she know that this move would lead her to a life-changing encounter.

In 2005, fate brought Ashley and Colin together. It was a serendipitous meeting that marked the beginning of a love story filled with shared dreams and aspirations. As their bond grew stronger, they knew we wanted to build a life together, centered around family and the values they held dear.

In 2019, their family expanded when they welcomed their precious daughter, Piper, into the world. Becoming parents only deepened their love for their NL heritage, and they were determined to share their passion for the province with Piper.

As an extension of our love for NL we are thrilled to share our home with guests. Our vacation rental provides a unique opportunity for visitors to experience the warmth and beauty of this province firsthand.
